Our goal is to expose our guests to traditional Mexican Gastronomy and traditional dishes.  El Zarape is a space filled with folk art, bright festive colors and beautiful artisan crafts from places like Michoacán, Jalisco, Nayarit, Tijuana, Zacatecas and Durango just to mention a few. El Zarape offers a variety of traditional Mexican dishes and of other casual and popular foods. We pride ourselves in that we use only the best Mexican Ingredients. We search for the best ingredients here in abroad. You will enjoy a delicious home made mole, created step by step and from scratch.
